Senior Front End Developer

We're looking for a dynamic, motivated, detail-oriented, pixel-perfect professional to create innovative front-end solutions using the latest web technologies and custom JavaScript. Creativity and technical ability are not the only attributes we're looking for - you will also have a good sense of humour, enjoy socialising and be open to other points of view.

Essential Skills

5+ years of solid commercial experience of JavaScript: OO using namespaces and prototype property, jQuery, AJAX, JSON

5+ years of solid commercial experience of DOM2, (X)HTML(5), CSS 2 & 3 using cross browser compatible and SEO techniques

Have advanced knowledge of standards-compliant front-end web development

Produce clean, fast, well-documented front-end code

Accurate time management, organizational and estimation skills

Advanced Photoshop skills

Understanding of image and rich media formats, their strengths, weaknesses, and usability across browsers and platforms

Personal Attributes

Ability to effectively engage and communicate with all levels of the business and clients

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Self-starter that would require little supervision

Good communication skills – written and verbal

Desirable Skills

Experience with SVN / GIT

Experience with automated testing (Selenium / QUnit)

Experience with Sass

Experience with bug tracking system

Experience with PHP / JAVA and SQL
