After completing is University Degree, Mike gained industry experience as part of the internet marketing team for Safeway in the UK and Hewlett Packard in Australia. Mike founded acidgreen in 2000 and quickly started to build an impressive portfolio and client base, including some of Australia’s largest companies. Mike’s experience ranges from user experience design and ecommerce development, to internet marketing and conversion focused web optimisation. Mike has a passion for success and ongoing growth and his mission is to build acidgreen into the leading digital agency in Australia.

Andrew comes with a wealth of knowledge with over 8 years in the digital industry. He has held senior roles for a number of digital agencies in Sydney. He enjoys responding to clients business requirements with the best and latest digital solutions available.

MICHAEL LANGE
Digital Producer

Driven by chocolate and the need for project scope, Mike comes from a wide variety of backgrounds first dabbling in design and illustration in 1994. Although you'd think that Mike should be heavier considering his appetite he puts up a good fight to make sure each and every project is delivered according to high quality standards that impress and guarantee your satisfaction.

BILL VASILIADIS
Internet Marketing Manager

Bill has a Computer Science degree from Macquarie University with over a decade of online experience covering web site development and Internet Marketing. He has held senior roles for a number of companies in Sydney and has specialised in Internet Marketing since 2004 with emphasis on Search Engine Optimisation, Pay-Per-Click advertising, and Social Media Optimisation. Bill is a qualified Google Advertising Professional and holds advanced certifications in search engine optimisation. He stands by the motto "without smart marketing, any great web site will fail".

DAVID MEIER
Art Director

With 7 years experience predominantly as a print designer and also as a web designer, David brings a diverse variety of experience to the acidgreen table. After working in both London and Sydney David's background in publishing and BTL advertising has led him to art direction, where he has worked with clients such as Castrol, Gillette, Campbell Soup and Duracell, just to name a few. David's passionate commitment to each brief ensures that clients are satisfied beyond their expectations.

James has a degree in Computer Science from Canterbury University and has worked as a developer and systems/database administrator in Hong Kong, Japan and Australia. With 5 years experience in PHP/MySQL website development James has a keen eye for detail and is always eager to learn the latest web technologies to give client websites that extra edge.

Damodar entered the field of programming in 1996 and started web development in 2000. He successfully completed his bachelor of Information Technology in late 2004.
